FREELIFE CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
All customers are expected to adhere to the standards outlined in our Terms and Conditions. It is important to address any policy-related issues prior to completing your order, as failure to do so may result in unresolved concerns.
INVENTORY STATUS
All inventory listed on the website is currently available and in stock. This includes our clogs, bags, and select sizes. Once these items are sold out, they will not be restocked, so grab them while you can. All orders are shipped the next business day.
PREORDER PROCESS
If an item is labeled as a PREORDER, customers must check the terms and conditions box before completing the purchase. All customers are responsible for reading the terms and conditions before checking the box. Shipping details will be provided in the order confirmation email. Once a PREORDER is placed, customers commit to the specified duration for delivery. Follow our INSTAGRAM: @Freelife.Worldwide for regular updates on PREORDER progress. Emails regarding order progress will be answered after the bulk order for the product is completed and shipped.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All purchases made on our website are final. This means that refunds and chargebacks are not accepted once the order has been placed. By checking the Terms and Conditions box at checkout, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of this policy. Please be sure of your purchase before completing the order.
UPDATES
Effective May 6th, 2024, all orders placed will ship the next business day. All inventory listed on the website, including clogs, bags, and available sizes, is ready for immediate shipment. Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once sold out, these items will not be restocked.
POST-ORDER CHANGES & EDITS
Incorrectly placed size orders before purchasing will incur a $5 service fee for size exchanges. Please double-check orders before submitting to avoid service fees. Service fees must be paid to freelifewrld@gmail.com.
REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
Refunds or returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items within 1 week of delivery. For refund and exchange inquiries, please contact our email team at freelifewrld@gmail.com.
