CLOG PREORDER UPDATES*

ALL CLOGS HAVE SHIPPED 

PREORDER PROCESS

If an item is labeled as a PREORDER, customers must check the terms and conditions box before completing the purchase. All customers are responsible for reading the terms and conditions before checking the box. Shipping details will be provided in the order confirmation email. Once a PREORDER is placed, customers commit to the specified duration for delivery. Follow our INSTAGRAM: @Freelife_Worldwide for regular updates on PREORDER progress. Emails regarding order progress will be answered after the bulk order for the product is completed and shipped.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All purchases are considered final. For items labeled as a PREORDER, refunds and chargebacks will not be accepted. The terms and conditions box at checkout signifies acceptance of wait times and commitment to our company's PREORDER fulfillment.

UPDATES

Effective May 6th, 2024, any orders placed after this date will be shipped the following business day. All items listed on the website are in stock and available for immediate shipment. Orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, we're pleased to announce that all orders from the February 24th drop have been successfully shipped. Thank you for your continued support!

POST-ORDER CHANGES & EDITS

Incorrectly placed size orders before purchasing will incur a $5 service fee for size exchanges. Please double-check orders before submitting to avoid service fees. Service fees must be paid to freelifewrld@gmail.com.

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

Refunds or returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items within 1 week of delivery. For refund and exchange inquiries, please contact our email team at freelifewrld@gmail.com.
